Bok Choy Out the Wazoo

Happy International Women's Day! I did nothing to celebrate this year, as I've run out of performative energy. But I did have enough wherewithal to shop at two places today, as we needed to go to the pharmacy and the Asian supermarket is in the next strip mall down. Stocked up on scallions and fancy mushrooms and ramen soup and oshinko and, oh yeah, a great honking package of baby bok choy. Fortunately I have about a half dozen recipes for the stuff, and with the temps dipping tomorrow I plan on doing at least one stir-fry with only bok choy and one with all my other veg, so I can get through the full-to-bursting veggie drawer enough to use the stuff I need to make my Greek salad for when the weather gets warm again. Oh, and Liverpool won again, and everyone's now pretty much calling the season for my favorite English Premier League team, so yay!
