It's still relatively cool today, but the humidity got to us. We shopped in two different places today as we do every month or so, and by the time we got in the car after the second supermarket we needed the AC. I think it took another half hour after we were home to give up and turn on the apartment ACs as well. Could always be worse, could be Texas, where my heart goes out to all the residents who have to deal with their own wonky power grid. Oh, and here's the handbag in which I keep all the tears I've cried for the people running that power grid.
