Pseudonymous Trolls and Harassers Potentially Screwed

Mind you, I think they're going to have a lot of trouble enforcing anti-troll legislation, but I don't see a problem with the idea of this bill. If you're pseudonymous and you act like a grown-up online, the bill isn't about you. Update: Apparently if you're a run-of-the-mill troll it doesn't apply to you either (more's the pity), but if you were subject to fines or jail time by harassing people anonymously over the phone, per the Communications Act of 1934 (when presumably the word "annoy" was interpreted a little differently than it currently is by some bloggers), you're now subject to the same punishment if you do it online.
