My old/new office workstation is starting to come together again the way I want it, if not the way it used to be. As I'm not there on Mondays and Fridays, and others will definitely be using the space, I can't fully move back in, but I can get things like the multi-function desktop printer running again (that's in process) and clean out perishable candy that's been sitting in the file cabinet behind me through the pandemic. Since I always kept that around for others, I'm taking it down to one of the project rooms tomorrow where they can either enjoy or toss it. Another pretty fun day at the office, meeting a few folks for the first time and reacquainting myself with others, and I'm getting into the commuting routine again, although it does wipe me out. At least I'm too tired to eat much, which I think is preferable to John Oliver doing this:
Via Mark Evanier. As ever, Oliver is wonderful to watch.
