This year's Worst Thing About This Cold Weather Spell is my thumb, but not the same one as last year. No, that would be too easy. My right thumb, without which I cannot hold my iPad nor operate a computer mouse or remote control, is twitching and seizing up on me regularly. Not debilitating, but highly annoying. I suspect it's tendonitis or arthritis or another 'itis I haven't come across yet, but it does seem to get worse in colder weather. May have to start sleeping with my tendonitis braces. May have to brush up on my dance moves:
