On the one hand, I'm once again caught up at work, and was even able to walk about a bit at lunchtime. On the other hand, I limped more than I walked because my right calf is giving me trouble which expresses itself in my right ankle. I could hardly move this evening. Ibuprofen is my friend; I'm going to bed now and have my best friend bring me things. Maybe I just need more inner peace, like these Yoga Joes.
